Ron Coleman

elder

Now halfway through my 60s and walking with Jesus, life feels more amazing with each passing day. Marrying later in life and raising two unique sons, I continue to marvel at how much there is still to learn—no wonder Adam lived over 900 years!
I’ve learned to embrace my ignorance with humility, often saying, “The more I learn, the less I know.” But God, in His kindness and love, never laughs at me. Instead, He gently says, “Here, son, let Me show you.”

Lisa Coleman

elder

I am a wife and mother who loves seeing people come into relationship with Jesus and their lives change for the better. I am passionate about sharing God’s love with others, whether through prayer or an encouraging word. In my free time, I enjoy quality moments with family and friends, exploring new places through travel, and unwinding with colorful puzzles .

Nate Slappey

Minister

I’ve been faithfully serving at the North Campus since 2017. In 2021, I was released as a minister by Apostle Ric Steele, alongside my wife Ada, whom I married in 2019. We are proud parents of our answered prayer, Elliana Rose.
I hold a degree in engineering and am currently pursuing my MBA at Biola University. I’m passionate about training and equipping the next generation in financial stewardship and walking in dominion.
Together with Ada, I lead “Heirs to the Kingdom,” a young adults group committed to reigning with Christ and advancing His Kingdom. I’m deeply committed to the Body of Christ—and if you ask nicely, I just might make some of the best cookies around!

Ada Slappey

Minister

I’ve been faithfully serving at DS – North Campus since 2013. My husband and I were married in 2019 and released as ministers by Apostle Ric Steele in 2021. We’re proud parents of our answered prayer, Elliana Rose—and of course, our dynamic doggie duo, Lupe and Sire.
As a devoted mother and homemaker, I love breaking bread (homemade, of course!). Together, we lead “Heirs to the Kingdom,” or “HEIRS”,  a young adults group passionate about reigning with Christ and advancing His Kingdom.
We’re all in for the Body of Christ—and yes, if you ask nicely, we just might bake you the best cookies ever!

Michelle Steward

Minister

I have been a member of Due Season Christian Church International for 13 years. I am blessed to be the mother of four wonderful children and the proud grandmother of one grandson. I have a deep love for God’s people and a passion to encourage others in their walk with Christ. My heart is to see lives transformed through the power of God’s Word and His love. My prayer is to be a vessel that God can use to bring hope, healing, and encouragement to those around me.

Sonu Varghese

Minister

I was born and raised in India, and after coming to the USA, I surrendered my life to ministry. It’s a true honor and privilege to be part of the body of Christ, serving Him wholeheartedly to reach the unreached and touch the untouched, regardless of color, culture, or creed. Alongside serving as a Minister, I also serve as a practicing registered nurse.

Saskia Hunte

Minister

I bring a distinctive blend of financial acumen and spiritual fervor to ministry, grounded in extensive experience in finance, insurance, and real estate. This diverse professional background has equipped me with practical wisdom and strategic insight that strengthen my approach to kingdom building.
I am passionate about advancing God’s kingdom and dismantling the works of darkness through both ministry and marketplace influence. My leadership is marked by a bold vision for transformation and a deep desire to see God’s purposes fulfilled in every sphere of life.
Whether navigating complex financial landscapes or engaging in spiritual battles, I approach each challenge with faith, discernment, and an unwavering commitment to establishing God’s kingdom on earth. This divine calling is the driving purpose of my life—a life I joyfully share with my husband and children.

Leslie Pack

Deacon

I’m a medical field multitasker by day, adventure-seeker by heart! As an Account Receivable Supervisor, I specialize in keeping the numbers in line and the chaos in check (always with a smile). With a sharp eye for detail and a big heart for people, I lead with both precision and compassion.

Outside of work, I live for adventure—whether it’s ziplining through treetops, cruising on a motorcycle, splashing in the pool, or chasing my next spontaneous journey. I’m a proud mom, a woman of faith, and a firm believer that life should be full of love, laughter, and good food (bonus points if you get all three at once).

Driven by a passion for helping the less fortunate and being a light in every space I enter.  Love God, love people, and serve others; that’s where true joy lives!

Moriah Steward

Deacon, Communications Manager

I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. With a passion for sharing the Gospel, I use my communications background to help manage Due Season’s social media outreach. I began flag worship in 2015 and, in 2024, stepped into the role of Dance Ministry Leader. Through the ministry of dance, my heart is to see God’s people walk in freedom and worship without restraint.

Giselle Bell

Deacon

As a former educator and teacher consultant, it is an honor to help others learn, grow, and excel in their God-given gifts. I enjoy using my creativity through hands-on arts and crafts, which reinforces each lesson with a monthly bulletin board that inspires and encourages the youth. I am a wife and proud mother of one daughter. In my leisure time, I enjoy music, books, nature, family, and activities that are fun and make me laugh.

Alexis Bell

Deacon

I may be quiet, but I love to laugh and make others happy. I desire Jesus more than anything else and strive to put Him first in everything. I love to teach and received my Bachelor’s in English at Marygrove College.

Simonette Bowen

Deacon

I’m originally from the beautiful Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago! I’ve been educated and work in the field of childcare, which has grown into more than just a profession—it’s truly become a ministry. One of my heartfelt desires is to one day open an orphanage in my home country.
I’m deeply passionate about children and believe God has given me a special gift in how I connect with and care for them. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, visiting flea and farmers markets, volunteering, and spending time outdoors. I’m the oldest sibling in my family and a natural-born leader. I’m also a proud member of one of the most anointed, prophetic, deliverance churches in North Dallas!

Lesney Elgin

Deacon

I’m deeply committed to authentic community and collaboration in ministry. With a background in supply chain management, I value teamwork and am a strong advocate for both personal and professional growth. I’m passionate about internalizing God’s Word and experiencing its truth in everyday life. My journey is shaped by a curiosity about the world around me, a love for seeing growth in others, and a firm belief that living a Christ-centered life of purpose is life’s greatest gain.

Lajon Cooper

Deacon

I was born on May 29th, in Dallas, Texas, and raised in the house of God from birth. My walk with the Lord deepened at DSCCI, where I discovered the beauty of a true relationship with Him. After prayerfully “dating the church” for several years, I became a full member on June 1st, 2021, under the guidance of Apostle Ric and Prophetess Kathy Steele, and in August 2024, I was ordained into ministry. As a devoted mother of two beautiful daughters, I am committed to raising them to be strong Kingdom Kids—bold in love, strong in faith, and dedicated to Christ.

My heart burns for street ministry, meeting people where they are and carrying a special burden for single mothers living with HIV, showing them that true healing and deliverance are possible through Jesus Christ. Guided by my prayer, “Lord, let none be lost,” I live by my unwavering motto: God, Family, Ministry—over everything.

Daisha Taylor

Deacon

I’m a proud wife and graduate of Oakland University, where I earned my degree in Integrated Studies with a concentration in Business. By day, I work in Risk Management—helping navigate challenges and keep things running smoothly.
God has completely transformed my life! My heart’s mission is to share the Good News so others can stand in absolute awe of His power and love—because when God moves, He doesn’t just change lives… He completely transforms it for the better.
